Every great story begins with a promise — whispered long before it’s fulfilled. For Marie R. Paul Saint-Juste, known affectionately as Rosie, that promise came not through words, but through a dream.
She was only fifteen, a young girl from Liancourt, Haiti, when she first saw it.
In the dream, she stood barefoot in a courtyard, sunlight spilling across the earth. An old man appeared — a man she knew in her heart was her grandfather, though she had never met him. He asked her to dance. Her dress shimmered with vibrant colors she had never owned. And when she stopped, the old man took her hand and led her to a long, endless table overflowing with fruits and meats — food she had never seen before.
She woke up changed, though she didn’t yet know why.
Life went on. School, family, dreams of a better future. Her parents sent her away to Jamaica to study, and later, she found herself in New York City, far from the rhythms of home. The dream faded, but the feeling never left — a quiet pull toward something greater, something divine.
Years later, in 2012, while in Congo-Kinshasa, Rosie was walking through a local market when she stopped suddenly. There, hanging in front of her, was the same dress from her dream — the same radiant colors, the same flowing pattern. It was as if time folded in on itself. In that instant, everything came back — the old man, the table, the promise. Tears filled her eyes. She knew: God had never forgotten.
From that moment, everything in Rosie’s life began to align with purpose. Through her company, Essence de Beauté, she began quietly helping churches, synagogues, and community centers — giving where others overlooked, serving where others had stopped. Yet even then, she knew God was calling her deeper.
In 2017, she stepped fully into her divine assignment and founded the Marie R. Paul Saint-Juste Foundation, dedicated to uplifting the disadvantaged. But something was still stirring — a vow she had yet to fulfill.
And that’s when L’Action de Grâce was born.
Through L’Action de Grâce, that table has become real.
It stretches across continents — from Haiti to New York, from sanctuaries to streets — carrying food, hope, and faith to those who need it most. It gathers people in worship and service, reminding them that gratitude is not an event; it’s a way of life. Every outreach, every concert, every testimony is another plate added to that divine table. And like the dream, it keeps growing — filled with laughter, music, and stories of redemption.
Rosie often says, “When God makes a promise, He doesn’t forget — He prepares.”
The table was never just a dream. It was a prophecy. A blueprint.
And today, through L’Action de Grâce, that promise lives — serving thousands, inspiring nations, and proving that gratitude still changes everything.
The story doesn’t end here — it continues with you. The same God who called Rosie to share her table is now calling hearts across the world to do the same. When you join L’Action de Grâce, you become part of something sacred — a living promise where gratitude feeds the hungry, lifts the weary, and ignites faith in places where hope once felt lost. The table is set. Your seat is waiting.
